Payment & Cancellation

 

Terms and Conditions

• All deposits are nonrefundable. Deposits are $100 per person unless you choose to add flights to your package.  Insurance and flights are nonrefundable. Flights credit may be issued at the discretion of the airline where applicable. 

• Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your investment. 

• Registration forms must accompany deposits in order to confirm reservations.

• Separate registration forms must be completed for each traveller.

• Cancellation requests received between March 1, 2025 and October 31, 2025 will be subject to a 50% penalty. Failure to adhere to the payment schedule on your invoice will result in cancellation of your reservation without refund. There will be no refunds on or after November 1, 2025

• Changes to reservation dates, details or destination after deposits received may result in a $50 service charge.

• Monthly payments are due by the last day of each month. 

• Missing more than 2 monthly payments will result in a cancelled reservation without refund. 

• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Cancellations requested after the final due date will not be honored unless otherwise stated on your specific confirmation. 

• This is a group experience. In the event that the total group size falls below 10 customers the trip may be cancelled and remaining guests would receive refunds.
