Terms and Conditions

  • All deposits are nonrefundable. Deposits are $100 per person unless you choose to add flights and/or travel insurance to your package.  Insurance and flights are nonrefundable. Flights credit may be issued at the discretion of the airline where applicable. 

  • Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your investment. 

  • Registration forms must accompany deposits in order to confirm reservations.

  • Separate registration forms must be completed for each traveller.

  • Cancellation requests received between November 1, 2022 and May 31, 2023 will be subject to a 50% penalty.

  • Changes to reservation dates, details or destination after deposits received may result in a $50 service charge.

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Cancellations requested after the final due date will not be honored unless otherwise stated on your specific confirmation.
