Pricing:
Room rate: $800 per room is an average rate based on single or double occupancy. The price includes hotel room with taxes, breakfast, and group T-shirt. This rate does NOT include airfare but airfare can be added to your package upon request.
Extra rollaway beds are available for $150. Max 1 extra bed per room.
Rooms with 2 beds and 3 guests cost $800
Rooms with 3 beds and 3 guests cost $900
Negrofest Event Tickets: Event package rates will be announced soon. Once available registered villagers will receive an email with complete prices and package details so that we can get all of our events and tour tickets in advance.
Deposits to reserve your room are $300 per room.
No space will be held without payment AND completed registration form.
Deposits are nonrefundable. Final payments are due April 1, 2024. There will be no refunds for cancellations after April 1, 2024. No Exceptions.

All deposits are nonrefundable. Travel insurance is recommended to protect your investment should you need to cancel your trip.

Registration forms must accompany deposits in order for reservations to become active. Separate registration forms must be completed for each travelling adult.

Changes to reservation dates, details or destination after deposits received may result in a $50 service charge.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Cancellations requested after the final due date will not be honored unless otherwise stated on your specific confirmation.

If one guest cancels, the remaining room guests will be responsible for paying the room balance by the scheduled due date. No refunds will be issued on rooms that have not been cancelled.
