Refunds & Cancellation

All deposits are nonrefundable. Travel insurance is recommended to protect your investment should you need to cancel your trip.

Registration forms must accompany deposits in order for reservations to become active. Separate registration forms must be completed for each traveling adult.

Changes to reservation dates, details or destination after deposits received may result in a $50 service charge.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. No refunds after August 1st.

If one guest cancels, the remaining room guests will be responsible for paying the room balance by the scheduled due date. No refunds will be issued on rooms that have not been cancelled.
