All deposits are nonrefundable. Travel insurance is recommended to protect your investment should you need to cancel your trip.

Registration forms must accompany deposits in order for reservations to become active. Separate registration forms must be completed for each traveling adult.

Changes to reservation dates, details or destination after deposits received may result in a $50 service charge.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Cancellations requested after the final due date will not be honored unless otherwise stated on your specific confirmation.

If one guest cancels, the remaining room guests will be responsible for paying the room balance by the scheduled due date. No refunds will be issued on rooms that have not been cancelled.

Please bring at least 1 book written by a Black author to donate to the students' campus library. The book may be in English or Spanish. We will donate the books on the day the students give us the tour.
Please bring art supplies to contribute to the children's community art program in Comuna 8 in Medellin.
