Do I need a passport to visit Jamaica from the USA?

Yes, you will need a passport book to travel to Jamaica. 

 

How many people can fit in a room?

Rooms may accommodate up to 3 people. Please note that the price is per person, if you change the number of people in your room, it will affect your total room rate.

Do I need a deposit for children under 12?

Yes.

What is the reduced deposit plan?

The reduced deposit plan allows you to purchase airfare on a layaway plan. It requires a deposit of at least $300 per person. Deposits are nonrefundable. If you cancel before paying the full balance of the flight you will not be entitled to any refund or airline credit. For full terms please click here.

Do I have to pay the full price up front? 

No, every package comes with a monthly payment plan. You have the option to pay ahead of schedule. Guests to who do not make the minimum monthly payments will have their reservations cancelled.

How do I get travel insurance?

You will receive an email from IMG with a customized travel Insurance quote for you and your loved ones.

When is the final payment due?

December 1, 2024

What is the cancellation schedule?

Cancellations requested on or before June 1 will forfeit only the deposit and any applicable airfare purchased through Vacation Express or New Hype Travel. 

Cancellation requested between June 2 and November 30 will forfeit the 50% of the amount due at that point. 

There are no refunds on or after December 1, 2024

No, Missing more than 2 monthly payments will result in a cancelled reservation without refund.
