All deposits are nonrefundable. Travel insurance is recommended to protect your investment should you need to cancel your trip.

Registration forms must accompany deposits in order for reservations to become active. Separate registration forms must be completed for each traveling adult.

Changes to reservation dates, details or destination after deposits received may result in a $50 service charge.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Cancellations requested after the final due date will not be honored unless otherwise stated on your specific confirmation.

We are staying in the comfy cabins at G&R Campground in Houston Delaware.
Price $350 per person. It includes cabin, food, & guided hike activity.
Based on double occupancy
Deposits to hold your spot are only $50pp.
Deposits are nonrefundable.
Final payments are due August 1, 2022.
No Exceptions. No refunds for cancellation requests received after July 30, 2022.
