Return & Cancellation Policy

Airfare is not included. Receive a $200 discount if you choose to pay in full at the time you register. 

Non Refundable Deposits required to hold your room : $200 per person

Monthly payment plan must be upheld to avoid room forfeiture without refund.

Final Payments are due June 1, 2025. Travel Insurance is highly recommended.

 

Terms and Conditions

• All deposits are nonrefundable. Travel insurance is recommended to protect your investment.

• Each adult will get their own room within one of the apartments reserved for this group. If traveling with a child, friend or spouse rooms may be shared upon request but it will not change the price per person.

• Registration forms must accompany deposits in order for reservations to become active. Separate registration forms must be completed for each traveling adult.

• Cancellations requested between Nov 1, 2024 and March 1, 2025 will incur a penalty equal to 25% of the total package price. Cancellations requested between March 2 and June 1, 2023 will incur a 50% cancellation penalty. No refunds for cancellations requested after June 1,2024. 

• Failure to secure or present proper documentation for travel will not justify a refund.

• Tour itinerary is tentative and may be adjusted as need in the event of inclement weather or other unforeseeable circumstance to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests.

• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
