Return & Cancellation Policy

Non Refundable Deposits required to hold your room : $100pp

Monthly payment plan must be upheld to avoid room forfeiture without refund.

Final Payments are due January 1, 2023. Travel Insurance is recommended.

 

Terms and Conditions

  • All deposits are nonrefundable. Travel insurance is recommended to protect your investment should you need to cancel your trip. 

  • Registration forms must accompany deposits in order for reservations to become active. Separate registration forms must be completed for each traveling adult.

  • Cancellations requested between Nov 1, 2022 and December 31, 2022 will incur a 50% penalty.

  • Changes to reservation dates, details or destination after deposits received may result in a $50 service charge.

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Cancellations requested after the final due date will not be honored unless otherwise stated on your specific confirmation.
