Return & Cancellation Policy
Non Refundable Deposits required to hold your room : $250 pp
Monthly payment plan must be upheld to avoid room forfeiture without refund.
Final Payments are due April 1, 2024. Travel Insurance is recommended.
Terms and Conditions

All deposits are nonrefundable. Travel insurance is recommended to protect your investment should you need to cancel your trip.

Registration forms must accompany deposits in order for reservations to become active. Separate registration forms must be completed for each traveling adult.

Missing more than 2 monthly payments will result in a cancelled reservation without refund.

Cancellations requested between Nov 1, 2023 and December 31, 2023 will incur a 25% penalty.

Changes to reservation dates, details or destination after deposits received may result in a $50 service charge.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Cancellations requested after the final due date will not be honored unless otherwise stated on your specific confirmation.
